Job Summary:

Princess Lyna Tours is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tour Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to connect with clients and understand their travel needs. Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language from the following: French, German, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or Hindi, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized travel recommendations and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling luxury tour packages and travel services.
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Prepare and present customized travel proposals and itineraries to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information, and follow up on leads promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel products to offer clients the best options.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and bookings using the company’s CRM system.
• Attend travel trade shows, networking events, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and build industry connections.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the travel industry.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory) and at least two additional languages: French, German, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or Hindi.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
• Technology: Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Attributes: High energy, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
