1. Tour Details :

You will receive all tour details and the complete itinerary, including the daily schedule, via email once your payment has been confirmed and within 24-48h.

2. The price of the tour : is based on the season and the offers listed above and will be adjusted automatically during booking (options you might add). Any applicable seasonal promotions will also be applied. Your tour program will be tailored to the month in which you make the booking, according to the description e.g.

  • Peak Season (July – August)

    • Tour 1: Summer Educational Adventure – 788€
    • The price & tour options are applied for thoses months: here, if you book the tour from 01.07  to 31.08.

3. Hotel: You can choose your accommodation during the booking,if available various options: The price of the tour will be adjusted accordingly.

a. Hotel Check-In Information: Please note that the standard check-in time for most hotels in Dubai is usually 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. If your arrival is scheduled before this time, an early check-in may incur a supplement fee, which is typically 50% of the hotel’s daily room rate. We recommend checking with us in advance to confirm specific check-in details and any additional requirements.

4. Joint Tour: If you book this tour with the other customers at the same time, all activities and transportation will be conducted as a joint group. Please, contact us to know more about the private transportation.

5. Activity Unavailability: In the event that certain activities cannot be organized due to unavailability, cancellation by provider, or adverse weather conditions, our tour operator will provide an alternative activity of equal value for your choice.
